Our in-depth, intuitive readings are designed to illuminate your path and help you navigate life with greater clarity and purpose. In order to ensure a respectful and smooth experience for all, please read the following policies carefully before booking.

 

✨ Appointments & Cancellations We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment, 75% of your session fee will be refunded, with 25% retained as a non-refundable fee. We truly wish we didn’t have to charge this, but your scheduled time is held just for you—late cancellations mean someone else may have missed the chance for guidance. We deeply appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and energy.

 

🔮 Confidentiality All readings and sessions are held in sacred confidence. What you share with us stays with us. The only exception to this is in rare situations where there is a legal or ethical obligation to report (such as if someone is in danger or being harmed). Your safety and well-being—and that of others—always comes first.

 

🌌 Spiritual Insight & Responsibility Jenn & Halie offer eerily accurate and soul-deep readings that often bring powerful clarity. However, we must lovingly remind you: we are interpreters of energy, not controllers of fate. The spiritual realm is complex, and while our readings are intuitive and insightful, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or be held liable for future events that may not align perfectly with what was revealed in session.

 

🌿 Weekend Availability Please note that Halie does not work on weekends. If you're seeking a tandem session with both Jenn & Halie, we ask that you book during weekday hours.
