If you are interested in mindfulness practices, stay tuned. Next week I will be covering a few ways to practice mindfulness throughout the day. Mindfulness is what helped me calm much of my mental chatter, especially during meditation. I still have thoughts that float in from time to time but I can cope with them without losing all my focus.
